Acceptable Use Policy – All GoKimi members please read before posting!

Registration to this forum is free. However, we do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below.

This policy has been implemented to protect our members from abuse of all kinds and by registering and posting you have agreed to be bound by our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Infringement of these rules will result in a temporary ban on your account. Repeated breaches will result in a permanent ban.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually oriented adult content or images, or any other material that may violate any applicable laws.

No member is allowed to aim personal insults/attacks at other members and these posts will be immediately deleted by the moderator(s). Repeated offenses may result in either a temporary or a permanent ban.

Members are not permitted to spam the same or a similar message across all our forums, all posts of this nature will be removed, and the offending member will be banned.

Due to the wide age-range of our users, posts of an overtly sexual nature are not permitted, and pictures or URLS of a pornographic nature are not welcome and will be removed.

If any member has a complaint about the conduct of another member or the content/nature of a post they should contact a moderator or admin and they will deal with the problem accordingly.

Signatures should not exceed our limit of 400×100 pixels as they may slow down the loading of forum pages. If they do our moderators may remove them without prior warning.

The owners of Gokimi.com reserve the right to edit, delete, move or close any thread for any reason. Their decisions are final.

N.B. While the administrators and moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or forum owners (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.
